An experienced manager of a school-based teacher training programme, Neil has extensive knowledge of initial teacher training.
He has been a member of the executive of the National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers (www.nasbtt.org.uk) for the past 3 years and has contributed at national events. He has a Master of Arts in Education and expertise in e-portfolio design.
Prior to specialising in teacher training, Neil was a history teacher.
Simon has worked in Education for 35 years as teacher, leader and local authority school improvement adviser. He is an expert facilitator of adult and professional learning, with wide experience in delivering programmes from ITT to NPQH.
Simon provides training that is focused, agile and flexible to the needs of schools and delivered to high levels of quality.
Simon has several years’ experience working with initial teacher education providers and in leading a Newly Qualified Teacher Appropriate Body for final accreditation in the UK.
